To make a booking -

First time customer - please email us at info@countrylodgekennels.com.au and we will forward you a booking form.

Return customer - email, text or call with your drop off and pick up dates and times.

Once your booking has been processed we will send you a confirmation email.

Prices vary during peak and off peak times - please see below for rates and list of peak times.

Rates - 1/07/2024 to 30/06/2025

Day Care Per Day Discount rate

(24hrs or less) (over 24hrs) (once stay is over 7 days)

OFF Peak $46 $34 $33

Peak $52 $40 $39

Any bookings under two days of charges will be charged as Daycare

Dog's dropped off after 4:30pm already fed are not charged for the day of drop off and dogs collected by 9am on the day of pick up may not be charged (we wont apply both of these options to one booking)

PEAK TIMES

BOOKINGS

It is a good idea to make your bookings well in advance of your holiday to ensure availability, especially over the peak periods.

If you are booking for the first time please email us and we will reply with a booking form. This gives us all the details we need to set you up in our system and gives you an opportunity to tell us all about your doggie.

Once you return your booking form via email we will process your booking and send you a confirmation email outlining your booking details.

We also require a current copy of your C5 vaccination for each dog (if you are unsure if your dog is covered with a C5 vaccination please contact your vet who will be able to tell you immediately).

You will be given an opportunity to tell us all about your dog and their habits, what they like and don’t like so we can ensure we make their stay with us one they will never forget!

If you are a repeat customer simply email, text or call with your drop off and pick up dates and times (within our open hours) and we will process your booking and send you a confirmation email.

UPDATES

PRICES & BOOKINGS

We understand it can be quiet stressful to leave your dog behind so for peace of mind we will send you a text message update with a photo of your dog the day after you drop off. This has allowed time for your dog to settle in, get to know us and for us to get to know them and we can give you an honest update.
